One Year Anniversary Block Party at BFD June 8!
We are so excited to be celebrating our one year anniversary with you all, and so grateful for all of the support you have shown us as we have become part of the community. Saturday, June 8th, we will be hosting a block party from 12-8pm in the parking lot surrounding our restaurant, featuring live music, local brews, and games for the family.
In addition to our lineup of music and beer, we will have a bounce house and inflatable slide to keep the kids entertained from 12-8pm and face painting available for part of the time as well!

Beer Provided by Carolina Brewery!
We’ve got a number of Carolina beers that rotate through our taps but we always keep the Costero Mexican Lager on draft here at BFD! RJ is our rep and is a former colleague of Tucker’s, he used to bartend as well and jumped on the idea of coming out to pour some beers with us and celebrate! We will be featuring Costero Mexican Lager, Fin Chaser Pale Ale, Sky Peach Kolsch, and Paddle Daze Hazy IPA.
Food and Beverage Offerings
We will be serving up our top menu items from the past year! All afternoon and evening we will be serving our top four lunch items and top four evening items. Our sandwiches will be the Pig & Hen (pictured), BLT&E, Grand Gobbler, and Grilled Cheese, served with chips or potato salad. The small plates options will be pretzel bites, charcuterie, pepperoni flatbread, and margherita flatbread. We will also be featuring three of our favorite cocktails: Cardington Lane (vodka, lemon, mint, sparkling wine), Blood Orange Margarita, and the Hopeton Spritz (Lillet Blanc, Elderflower tonic, blackberry, lime).
Pre-Order Drink Tokens
In an effort to streamline service, we will be serving drinks using a drink token system, each token will be $7 and is valid for any beer or wine we are serving at the event! These will be available for sale all week this week leading up to the event, so if you’d like to skip the line, come see us or click here to purchase tokens for pickup! Each token purchased BEFORE the day of the event will be one entry in our raffle where we will be giving away a BFD shirt, a $50 gift card, and two BFD camp chairs at the event!
Two Roosters Ice Cream Available!
We will have a limited supply of Two Roosters ice cream available for purchase! We are getting pre-packed ice cream from Two Roosters to serve at the event, flavors available will be vanilla, chocolate, coffee bourbon, cookie dough, and non-dairy cookies and cream. While supplies last!
